⭐ Key Responsibilities

🎨 Creative Design & Visual Storytelling

• Develop high‑impact static designs including banners, posters, ads, infographics, product creatives, and brand assets.
• Create visually cohesive design systems that maintain brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
• Design for multiple formats: square, vertical, horizontal, carousel, thumbnails, and platform‑specific layouts.
• Experiment with typography, color palettes, and visual styles to elevate brand aesthetics.

🎬 Video Production & Motion Graphics

• Produce short‑form videos, reels, stories, and motion graphics optimized for social media.
• Edit raw footage, add transitions, effects, sound design, and captions to create polished video content.
• Develop animated elements, GIFs, and micro‑motion assets to enhance storytelling.
• Adapt video content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Stay updated with trending video styles, editing techniques, and platform‑specific creative formats.

📱 Social Media Creative Execution

• Plan, design, and deliver monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Create platform‑specific content that aligns with brand voice and audience behavior.
• Handle posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement when required.
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and competitor content to keep our brand ahead.
• Optimize creatives based on performance insights and analytics.

🧠 Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop campaign concepts and creative directions.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into visuals.
• Provide creative input for ads, landing pages, emailers, and other digital assets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of audience psychology and content consumption patterns.
