Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer (1+ Year Experience)

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in graphic design. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, can juggle multiple projects, and knows how to create high-impact designs that support branding, marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media, ads, websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
• Create platform-specific creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital channels
• Develop branding assets including logos, brochures, banners, posters, presentations, and marketing creatives
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver campaign-focused designs
• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within defined timelines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and digital marketing visuals
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a marketing/advertising agency)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva
• (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Strong understanding of social media creatives, ad design, and marketing visuals
• Good command over color theory, typography, layout, gradients, and composition
• Solid understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate requirements into impactful designs
• Experience in video editing is an added advantage

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience working with multiple design tools
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Prior experience handling client requirements
• Familiarity with project management tools
