About the Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media Creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content for our social media channels, managing posts, and contributing to our overall digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce eye-catching graphics, images, videos, and other visual content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, timely engagement, and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop content calendars, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future posts.
• Use design software to create high-quality assets, including banners, stories, reels, and infographics.
• Experiment with and learn emerging AI tools for efficient content generation, such as ChatGPT for ideation, Eleven Labs for voiceovers, and HeyGen for video creation.
• Assist in basic ad management, including setting up and monitoring campaigns (experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus).

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media-specific work.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing visuals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, Eleven Labs, and HeyGen for image and video generation.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
