Full job description

Role summary:

You’ll design and edit visuals for social media, website posts, and print/digital catalogues — keeping our brand voice consistent and producing assets that showcase our landscape projects and services.

Key responsibilities

• Edit photos and create social media posts, carousels, story templates and thumbnails.
• Design print-ready catalogues, brochures and proposal visuals.
• Retouch images, apply brand color/typography and maintain asset libraries.
• Convert client/project images into polished case-study graphics.
• Work with marketing to plan monthly content visuals and quick turnaround edits.
• Ensure files are export-ready for IG, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and print.

Must-have skills & experience

• 1–4 years experience in graphic design with social media and print experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• Good eye for composition, typography and photo retouching.
• Quick turnaround, organized file management, basic knowledge of print specs.
• Portfolio demonstrating social posts and at least one multi-page catalogue or brochure.

Nice-to-have

• Basic video editing (short reels/captions), familiarity with templates for Instagram Reels.
• Previous experience with design for architecture/landscape/real-estate brands.
