Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor based in Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content across digital platforms including social media, marketing campaigns, ads, website, and in-app content. The role requires a creative individual who can handle both static and motion content while maintaining Hobfit’s brand identity and storytelling style.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design creatives for social media, ads, website, app, and marketing campaigns

• Create visually appealing posts, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and brand assets

• Ensure all designs align with Hobfit’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams for creative planning and execution

• Maintain consistency in design quality and branding across platforms

Video Editing

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Ads, In-app videos)

• Transform raw footage into engaging, brand-aligned visual stories

• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background music

• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Manage multiple video projects while meeting tight deadlines

• Stay updated with current video trends, formats, and editing techniques

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Motion Graphics

• Strong command over tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar

• Good understanding of storytelling, visual hierarchy, pacing, and composition

• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Ads, Shorts, Reels)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Knowledge of color correction, sound design, and basic animations

• Relevant academic background in Design, Media, Film, Animation, or related fields

• Experience in health, wellness, or lifestyle industry is a plus
