Job Title: Graphic Designer & AI/Video Editor

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role 1:

Graphic Design

•    Design high-quality visual assets including social media creatives, website banners, email templates, infographics, pitch decks, brand identity kits, and print

collateral.

•    Develop and maintain brand guidelines for multiple client accounts and the in-house Kapissh Curtains brand.

•    Create UI/UX mockups, wireframes, and landing page designs as needed in collaboration with the web development team.

•    Produce ad creatives optimised for performance across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Role 2:

AI-Powered Content Creation

•    Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Kie.ai, Kling, Pika) to generate, enhance, and iterate on visual and video content efficiently.

•    Explore and implement emerging AI workflows for image generation, style transfer, background removal, upscaling, and automated video editing.

•    Stay current on AI creative tooling trends and proactively recommend new tools or techniques to the team.

Role 3:

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

•    Edit short-form and long-form video content including social media reels, promotional videos, product demos, client testimonials, and YouTube content.

•    Create motion graphics, animated text overlays, transitions, and visual effects for video projects

•    Produce AI-enhanced video content by combining traditionally shot footage with AI-generated assets and effects.

•    Optimise video output for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites) with correct aspect ratios, captions, and formatting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

•    Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing, preferably in an agency or brand environment.

Design Tools (Proficiency Required)

•    Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.

•    Figma or Sketch for UI/UX and collaborative design work.

•    Canva (for rapid-turnaround client assets and social media templates).

Video Editing Tools (Proficiency Required)

•    Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro for professional video editing.

•    After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics and animation.

•    CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools for quick-turnaround social content.

AI & Emerging Tools (Working Knowledge Expected)

•    AI image generators: Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI.

•    AI video tools: Runway ML, Veo 3, Kie.ai, Kling, Pika Labs, HeyGen.

•    Comfort with prompt engineering for AI image and video generation.

•    Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI tools as they emerge.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

•    Experience working with US-based clients or in a cross-border agency setup.

•    Familiarity with e-commerce creative production (product photography styling, lifestyle shoots, A+ content for Amazon/Shopify).

•    Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement rates) and how design impacts performance.

•    Knowledge of 3D rendering or animation (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a strong plus.

•    Understanding of SEO-friendly visual content (image optimisation, alt text, page speed considerations).

•    Experience with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Asana, or Trello.
