Graphic Designer Intern

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented intern to support our design team in building a cohesive brand and a user-friendly digital product. This is a fast-paced role where you will switch between designing social media assets and refining our app/website interfaces. Hands on Video edit will be appreciated if any experience.

Internship Structure

Trial Period: First 15 days (Evaluation phase).

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,500 per month (post-trial).

Key Responsibilities

UI Design (User Interface)

• Wireframing: Create low-fidelity sketches and high-fidelity wireframes for new features.
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes in Figma or Adobe XD to demonstrate user flows.
• Component Building: Maintain and update our design system (buttons, icons, typography).
• Collaboration: Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Graphic Design

• Social Media: Create engaging posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Marketing Collateral: Design banners, newsletters, and pitch decks.
• Branding: Assist in creating or refining logos, color palettes, and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma (Primary), Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Visual Design: Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
• Problem Solving: Ability to take a complex problem and turn it into a simple, clean interface.
• Speed: Ability to deliver high-quality assets within tight deadlines (especially during the trial).
