Grievance Executive/Officer & Backend Executive

Junoon Capital Services Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Grievance Executive to manage complaints and ensure timely resolution in line with NBFC regulatory guidelines. Experience in NBFC will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer grievances received via email, phone, CRM, RBI CMS portal, and other channels
• Acknowledge, track, and resolve complaints within defined TATs
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Collections, Credit, Tech) for effective resolution
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports for all grievances
• Ensure compliance with RBI, NBFC, and internal grievance redressal policies
• Prepare responses for escalated complaints and regulatory queries
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
• Support audits and regulatory inspections related to customer complaints

Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

• Good knowledge of RBI grievance redressal mechanisms and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive customer issues with professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email handling, and CRM systems
