Key Responsibilities:

·        Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

·        Set up and manage basic LAN environments, including routers/switches.

·        Provide technical support for Windows OS, MS Outlook, and related software.

·        Install and configure servers, CCTV systems, and biometric devices.

·        Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

·        Perform on-site client visits within Gurugram or outside using a personal 2-wheeler/public transport

·        Maintain clear service documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Required Qualification: Diploma in Hardware and Networking or equivalent.

·        Proven hands-on experience in hardware (PC/laptop/printer) troubleshooting & assembly.

·        Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and support.

·        Experience with LAN setup/troubleshooting and basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).

·        Familiarity with MS Outlook setup and support.

·        Experience with CCTV and Biometric system installation.

·        Basic server installation knowledge is beneficial.

·        Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Mandatory: Valid driving license and possession of a two-wheeler.
