Job Description
We are hiring a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for selling health insurance policies over calls, generating leads, maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain health insurance products, benefits, and coverage.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
