Job Title: Housekeeping ManagerDepartment: HousekeepingReports To: Operations Manager / Facility Manager / General ManagerJob Summary:The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the facility. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure all areas (rooms, offices, public spaces, washrooms, etc.) are clean and well-maintained.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen; ensure timely replenishment.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, checklists, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle staff attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters.
• Address and resolve complaints related to housekeeping services promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare reports related to housekeeping operations and staff performance.
