Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Location:Delhi & NCR Region

Job Type:Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Preferred: 2 to 5 years)

Salary:₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist for the Delhi & NCR region who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills with hands-on experience in HR functions.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, joining)
• Manage onboarding and induction process for new employees
• Conduct training and development programs
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Manage employee engagement activities
• Handle grievance management and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures
• Assist in performance management system implementation
• Generate HR reports and MIS
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience mandatory
• Experience in recruiting for multiple roles
• Knowledge of labor laws is an advantage
• Good command of MS Office and HRMS software
