Position Overview
We are looking for a HR cum Admin Officer — a proactive, detail-oriented, and professionally groomed individual who will be responsible for managing the administrative, clerical, HR, and coordination functions of the CEO’s office. Only female candidates between age group 25 to 30 are welcome.
The selected candidate will ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, effective internal communication, and timely follow-up on multiple initiatives driven by the CEO.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Executive AssistanceManage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare executive briefs, agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action points.
- Draft business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion.
- Coordinate with department heads and external stakeholders as directed by the CEO.
- 2. Administration & Record Management
- Maintain proper filing systems — both digital and physical — for company records and documents.
- Track, organize, and update agreements, invoices, and compliance documents.
- Monitor follow-up tasks, project deadlines, and reporting schedules.
- Oversee office administrative requirements and vendor coordination.
- 3. HR Coordination
- Support HR operations including recruitment follow-up, onboarding documentation, and employee record maintenance.
- Assist in maintaining attendance, payroll inputs, and HR data sheets.
- Coordinate team events, communication circulars, and performance-related updates.
- 4. Digital & Analytical Support
- Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT-based tools.
- Assist in presentations, documentation, and content drafting for reviews and meetings.
- Help implement digital workflow tools for efficiency and productivity.
- 5. Travel and Event Coordination
- Plan and organize the CEO’s travel itineraries, logistics, and accommodation.
- Accompany the CEO on business visits, meetings, and industry events as required.
- Handle pre-event coordination, documentation, and post-meeting summaries.
- Required Skills and CompetenciesExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and adaptability to AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Professional appearance and conduct, with the ability to represent the CEO’s office confidently.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving attitude, and emotional intelligence.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in all aspects of work.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or HR Coordinator.
- Graduation is mandatory; post-graduation or management degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel with the CEO when required.
- Age 25 years or above with a professional and polished personality.
Compensation
Commensurate with experience and industry standards. Additional travel and performance-based allowances applicable.
