This role requires a blend of traditional recruiting skills and a deep understanding of global labor laws, visa processes, and cultural nuances.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-oriented Overseas Hiring Executive to manage our end-to-end international recruitment process. You will be responsible for identifying top-tier talent globally, navigating complex immigration requirements, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for expatriate hires. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Global Sourcing & RecruitmentManage the full recruitment lifecycle for international vacancies across various departments.
  • Utilize global job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster), social media, and niche international networks to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing both technical skills and "cultural adaptability" for relocation.
  • Visa & Compliance ManagementCoordinate with legal and HR teams to manage work permits, visas, and residency documentation.
  • Stay updated on international labor laws and immigration policies in target countries.
  • Liaise with external global mobility vendors and immigration consultants.
  • Candidate Experience & OnboardingAct as the primary point of contact for overseas candidates, providing guidance on relocation packages and local living conditions.
  • Facilitate "soft-landing" programs, including assistance with housing, schooling, and local registration.
  • Draft international offer letters that comply with both company policy and local regulations.
  • Strategy & Market AnalysisAnalyze global talent trends and salary benchmarks to remain competitive.
  • Develop partnerships with international universities and recruitment agencies.
  • Report on key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and visa success rates.
