HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1 End-to-end recruitment for Call Center Executives, Data Entry Operators, and skilled manpower across India.

2 Managing onboarding including documentation, appointment letters, and employee deployment.

3 Handling offboarding, resignations, exit processes, and Full & Final Settlement (F&F;).

4 Preparing and processing monthly payroll including attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

5 Ensuring timely salary processing and handling payroll queries.

6 Supporting statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, and HR documentation.

7 Maintaining HR MIS, employee records, and coordination with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills:

1 Experience in HR operations, payroll, or staffing industry preferred.

2 Strong communication and coordination skills.

3 Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multitasking.

4 Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.

5 Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
