HR Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, and overall HR coordination while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Track attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines and statutory compliance
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Good understanding of basic HR processes and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and detail-focused
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
