The HR Head at Livekeeping Private Limited is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. The role requires an individual with extensive experience in HR recruitment and payroll, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.

The main responsibilities of the HR Head include:

Recruitment: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the organization. This includes identifying the most suitable recruitment channels, creating job descriptions and specifications, and conducting interviews.

Payroll and Benefits Administration: Overseeing the payroll process to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time. The HR Head will also ensure that employee benefits are managed effectively, such as health insurance, and other benefits.

Employee Relations: Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that employees are treated fairly and equitably. The HR Head will be responsible for managing employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

Performance Management: Developing and implementing a performance management system that includes regular performance evaluations, goal-setting, and career development plans.

Compliance: Ensuring that the organization is compliant with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Min qualifications:-
-6-8+ years of experience in HR & payroll management
-75% more in 10th & 12th.
-Excellent communication skills
