Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our hiring needs for blue-collar roles. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operational staff.

Key Responsibilities: •

• Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews for blue-collar positions
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking sheets
• Support onboarding processes and employee documentation
• Coordinate with operations teams for daily hiring requirements
• Assist in interview scheduling, follow-ups, and joining formalities

Skills Required: •

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Comfortable interacting with blue-collar workforce
