1. Do sourcing profiles, Initial screening for right candidates & line-up for interview. 2. Responsible for handling background verification & reference check. 3. Responsible for preparing & issuing of offer letters & Appointment orders. 4. Responsible for candidates joining within TAT. 5. Responsible for conducting joining formalities as per our recruitment norms. 6. Responsible for maintaining resume database. 7. Responsible for statutory compliances. 8.
