Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter located in Faridabad. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role involves maintaining and updating the recruitment database, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding

• Strong interviewing and assessment skills

• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and collaborate with hiring managers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools

• Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience in healthcare or tech industry recruiting is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
