HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the overall human resources operations of our regulatory compliance consulting company. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, policy implementation, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment process for positions such as compliance consultants, engineers, content writers, marketing staff, and administrative personnel.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

• Handle employee onboarding, training, and orientation programs.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

• Manage employee performance reviews and development programs.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

• Coordinate with management for workforce planning and organizational development.

Required Skills:

Qualification:
