Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR & Operations Executive who will handle not only core HR functions but also support administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Assist in training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and MIS
Admin Responsibilities:
- Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory
- Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics
- Maintain office facilities and coordinate maintenance activities
- Manage front office / reception coordination (if applicable)
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Operations Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day business operations and coordination across departments
- Track and improve operational processes and workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion
- Assist in process documentation and implementation
- Monitor vendor performance and service delivery
- Support management in operational reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin/Operations
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and office tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
