Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR & Operations Executive who will handle not only core HR functions but also support administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Address employee queries and grievances
  • Assist in training and development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS

 

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory
  • Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics
  • Maintain office facilities and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Manage front office / reception coordination (if applicable)
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

 

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day business operations and coordination across departments
  • Track and improve operational processes and workflows
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion
  • Assist in process documentation and implementation
  • Monitor vendor performance and service delivery
  • Support management in operational reporting and analysis

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin/Operations
  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and office tools
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
