Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter (Work From Home)

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, automobile, FMCG, logistics, and other non-IT sectors. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely while handling multiple hiring requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:

=> Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles

=> Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media

=> Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews

=> Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

=> Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

=> Ensure timely closures as per hiring targets and TAT

=>Required Skills & Qualifications:1–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment

=> Good communication and interpersonal skills

=> Immediate joiners preferred

• Compensation & Benefits: INR 5000 - INR 10000+Incentive
• Office timing: 10am to 7pm
• Work-from-home opportunity
• Working days: 6 days a week
