Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi
We are hiring an HR Recruiter for in-house hiring (BPO, Sales, Doctors, Operations).
Role Responsibilities:
• Posting jobs on Apna, Indeed, Naukri, Workindia
• Calling & Screening 30–40 candidates daily
• Conducting telephonic interviews
• Scheduling interviews
• Coordinating with department heads
• Closing candidates within 3–5 days
Requirements:
• 1–3 years recruitment experience (BPO / Sales preferred)
• Strong calling and convincing skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working from office
Compensation:
₹20,000 – ₹24,000 + performance incentives
Laptop provided
