Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter / HR Executive who will be responsible for hiring telecallers, telesales executives and counselors for our company. The candidate should be good in communication and candidate handling.
Key Responsibilities
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Calling candidates and scheduling interviews
Conducting telephonic interviews
Maintaining candidate database
Coordinating with management for hiring requirements
Following up with candidates for joining
- Skills RequiredBasic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)
- Calling and interview handling skills
- Knowledge of hiring platforms is a plus
