HR Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruitment Resource to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Siddhi Enterprises.

This role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting talents for various positions within the company.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building a strong talent pipeline to meet our workforce needs. 

The job entails the following responsibilities-

1. Talent Sourcing from various channels including Job Posting and Advertising
2. Screening and Telephonic Interview to assess interest and fit
3. Shortlisting interested candidates with relevant skills
4. Database Management

Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
5. Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
