Social media (LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups) use karna
Daily bulk sourcing karna to meet targets
📞 Screening & Calling
Candidates ko call karke initial screening
Basic questions:
Experience
Salary expectation
Notice period
Suitable candidates shortlist karna
🗓 Interview Coordination
Interview schedule karna
Candidate ko details dena (time, location, mode)
Follow-ups karna
📊 Target Management
Monthly target: 25 hires
Daily approx:
80–100 calls
10–15 interviews lined up
Pipeline maintain karna (backup candidates ready rakhna)
🤝 Offer & Joining
Selected candidates ko offer explain karna
Salary negotiation (basic level)
Joining confirmation lena
