Job Summary:

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with HR tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

• Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking.

• Organize employee engagement and training activities.

• Assist in performance appraisal processes.

Requirements:

• Must Post Graduate MBA in HR.

• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR systems.

• Proficient in MS Office tools.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
