Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements shared by the company.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds.
• Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
