HR Recruiter

Hiring: People & Hiring Executive (0–2 yrs experience)

Location: Work from Home + Travel

Type: Full-time

We are building a B2B platform that connects D2C fashion brands with offline retailers.

This is not a traditional HR role. Hiring is a core function for us, not support work. Every person we hire directly impacts how the company grows.

What you will do:

• Speak with candidates daily (calls + follow-ups)
• Evaluate candidates beyond resumes and scripted answers
• Support hiring for sales and operations roles
• Work closely with founders on building the early team
• Travel when required to support on-ground hiring

Who we are looking for:

• 0–2 years experience in HR / recruitment
• Good communication and judgement
• Comfortable with high ownership and fast-paced work
• Open to travel (this is not a pure desk job)
