Job Title: Recruiter (Servicing Industry)

 Location: Model Town, Delhi

 Qualification: Graduation 

 Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for servicing industry roles

Source candidates through job portals, referrals & social media

Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain recruitment data, trackers & MIS

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Key Requirements:

Gradution passout

Minimum 1 year experience as Recruiter / HR Recruiter

Experience in servicing industry hiring preferred

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple requirements.
