Key Responsibilities

Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks).

Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Job Postings: Create and post engaging job advertisements on internal and external platforms.

Offer Management: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
