HR Recruiter (Freelance)

Job Description – Freelance HR Recruiter

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients.
2. Understand client requirements and draft job descriptions accordingly.
3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
4. Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates as per job criteria.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Follow up regularly with candidates and clients for feedback and joining updates.
7. Ensure proper documentation and maintain candidate database.
8. Handle multiple positions across different industries as per requirement.
9. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment is mandatory.
10. This is a commission-based role (no fixed salary). Commission will be paid only upon successful hiring and after the candidate completes the required tenure.
