• 🔹 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews)
• Manage employee onboarding & documentation
• Maintain employee records & HR database
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination & leave management
• Support employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with HR policies & labour laws
• Address employee queries and maintain workplace discipline
• 🔹 RequirementsGraduate (MBA/HR preferred)
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR / recruitment
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
