Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, support daily HR operations, and ensure smooth execution of HR activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Handle employee queries related to HR processes and company policies.
• Assist in attendance and leave management.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate for training & development programs.
• Support performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsMBA in Human Resources – Mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of HR experience (internship experience can be considered if relevant)
• Strong understanding of basic HR functions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
