Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the organization’s HR policies, procedures, and programs are effectively implemented. This role supports strategic decision-making, manages employee relations, ensures legal compliance, and drives initiatives to improve organizational performance and employee engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Recruitment & StaffingManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • 2. Employee RelationsAddress employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
  • 3. Performance ManagementImplement performance appraisal systems and ensure timely evaluations.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and managing underperformance.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.
  • 4. HR Policies & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Update and revise HR policies in accordance with changing regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and create employee development plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
  • 6. Compensation & BenefitsManage payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Benchmark compensation standards to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Recommend improvements to compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • 7. HR Strategy & ReportingAssist leadership in developing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and insights for management review.
  • Drive HR initiatives that support productivity, engagement, and organizational growth.
  • Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and recruitment tools.
