HVAC Site Engineer

The HVAC Project Engineer is responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of HVAC projects (VRF, AHU, Chiller, ducting piping etc.) within budget, timeline, and quality standards. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams for successful project delivery.

Project Planning & Execution

• Study drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Prepare project schedule (Bar Chart / CPM).
• Site execution of HVAC systems (VRF, Chiller, AHU, Ducting).
• Material planning and procurement follow-up.
• Monitor daily site progress and manpower deployment.
• Ensure project completion as per timeline.

Vendor & Client Coordination

• Attend project meetings with clients/consultants.
• Handle technical queries and site instructions.
• Vendor comparison and technical evaluation.
• Coordination with OEM teams.

 Billing & Documentation

RA billing preparation.

Measurement verification.

Material reconciliation.

Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report).

Prepare handover documents
