HVAC Site Engineer

• Job Title: HVAC Site EngineerResponsibilities:Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into building designs.
• Installation Supervision: Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of work meets the required standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Material Management: Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site. Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of installation activities, inspections, and testing. Generate reports for project managers and clients.
• Testing and Commissioning: Assist in the testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems. Ensure systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety orientations for new team members and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or queries.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HVAC design and project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
