This is not a fixed-salary role. The trainer will be responsible for conducting demo sessions, counseling students, and converting demos into enrollments.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct IELTS & PTE demo classes for prospective students (online)
• Explain course structure, exam format, and preparation strategy clearly
• Counsel and enroll students after demo sessions
• Handle student queries confidently and professionally
• Coordinate with the team for enrollments and reporting
• Maintain high conversion through effective communication
• Skills Required:Strong knowledge of IELTS & PTE exam patterns
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convince and convert leads into enrollments
• Confident in handling objections and closing enrollments
• Comfortable with targets and incentive-based earnings
• Eligibility:Prior experience in IELTS/PTE training or counseling preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
• Must be comfortable with hourly payment + incentive model
• Reliable internet connection and laptop/PC required
