Immigration & Abroad Program Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling: Provide expert guidance to students seeking to study abroad, helping them choose the right programs, universities, and countries.

2. Immigration & Visa Services: Assist students with visa applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.

3. Application Processing: Manage and process student applications, documents, and paperwork for university admissions and visa applications.

4. SOP (Statement of Purpose) Expertise: Craft and refine students' SOPs to increase their chances of securing admission and visas.

5. University Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and institutions abroad, ensuring smooth admissions and student placements.

6. Student Support: Provide pre-departure and post-arrival support, including documentation, travel arrangements, and accommodation.

7. Visa Application Support: Guide students through the visa application process, including documentation, interviews, and follow-ups.

8. Market Research: Stay updated on global education trends, visa regulations, and university requirements.

9. Documentation: Verify and manage student documents, including academic records, test scores, and financial documents.

10. Customer Service: Respond to student inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of student immigration and visa regulations

- Experience in student recruitment, immigration, or a related field

- Excellent communication and counseling skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in multiple languages (optional)
