Researching and providing information to clients using various sources.

Reaching to the client with the expert Immigration services knowledge and try to convince

clients for acquiring visa services.

Coordinate and collaborate with the other teams like digital marketing and operations to

ensure that Services aligns with Company brand Image.

Job Briefing : We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can thoroughly covey the

product knowledge to the prospective Clients for convincing towards Immigration Services, the one

who will be able to convince candidates with an ease, also who can provide wide range of content

knowledge about the process using various sources like WhatsApp, Email, phone and so on.

Agenda :

The goal is to promote company culture and values along with the professional knowledge of Visa

Services to provide informative details to the Clients related to immigration services.

Responsibilities for Client Relationship Manager

Setting customer expectations and revenue goals.

Inform Client about the Company Product and Services.

Identifying customer demands and requirements.

Developing plans to address customer-specific needs.

Solving customer issues and complaints.

•

Planning strategies for customer care and conflict resolution

Offering exceptional customer service to customers.

•

Negotiating agreements with customers.

•

Maintaining good relationships with customers.

•

Approaching prospective customers to build rapport.

•

Taking feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.

•

Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.

•

Researching the competitors and devising plans accordingly.

•

Staying updated with the latest ways to retain customers.

Qualifications for Client Relationship Manager

• Counselor for Permanent Residency, Work Permit, Jobseeker visa, etc. for Canada, Australia,

etc. countries.• Ability to explain various visa processes, helping the clients to understand immigration

procedures for Canada, Australia, etc. Countries.

• Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family makes

an educated choice & the right decision.

• Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.

• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.

• Provide a Personal global career strategy customized to their needs.

• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising

customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

• Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided, to assist them by answering

questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up

• Provide professional consultation to high Net-worth clients.

• Perform sales pitch to interest prospects and close them on the spot.
