Job Description
Generate, qualify, and nurture existing leads for WRO Hotspot partnershipsacross India.
• Run outreach campaigns via calls, emails, social media, and webinars topitch the WRO Hotspot model.
• Conduct product demos, explain benefits, commercial structure, andonboarding requirements.
• Convert prospects into active WRO Hotspot partners and meetmonthly/quarterly acquisition targets.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline, track conversions, and manage CRMupdates.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and training with internal ISFteams.
• Build strong relationships with partners to improve retention,satisfaction, and performance.
• Work closely with operations and WRO teams to ensure hotspots meetquality and compliance standards, drive and monitor engagementactivities at the WRO Hotspots.
• Share feedback from partners to improve processes, communication, andhotspot offerings.
• Prepare reports, sales dashboards, and performance insights for leadership.
• Manage WRO registered teams throughout the season.
• Develop, manage and lead a team of Inside sales executives toachieve the organizational goals and targets.
