Job Title: Inside Sales - Business Development Lead


Experience: 1+ year (Sales / Business Development)

Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Industrial / B2B exposure (good to have)

Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai


Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales - Business Development Lead to engage with factories across India through calls and emails. The role focuses on reaching the right decision-makers, introducing our productivity analysis dashboard, and convincing factories to try our tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to factories via outbound calling and email campaigns
  • Identify and connect with the relevant decision-makers (Owners, Plant Heads, Operations Managers)
  • Explain the value of our productivity dashboard in a simple, business-focused manner
  • Convince factories to sign up and test productivity analysis reports for free
  • Follow up to ensure initial usage and engagement
  • Maintain basic lead and activity tracking
  • May have to travel and visit factories for meetings (if required)


 Candidate Profile

  • 1+ year experience in inside sales / business development
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred
  • Exposure to manufacturing, factories, or industrial clients is a plus
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with calling-based sales and follow-ups
  • Goal-oriented with a disciplined work approach


Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
  • Incentives: ₹5,000 fixed incentive on meeting defined monthly targets
