Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in selling digital marketing services and communication services such as Bulk SMS, IVR solutions, and Social Media Handling. The candidate should be confident in communicating with clients and capable of closing sales through phone conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to sell Bulk SMS, IVR, and Social Media Handling services*.
• Handle Outbound Call and convert them into sales.
• Identify customer needs and pitch suitable communication and marketing solutions.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects to ensure deal closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or sales trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client attaching and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum *6 Months of telesales or inside sales experience*, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
• Good knowledge of Data Mining And lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing 
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Business preferred).
