Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based (No limit for high performers)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain Ayurvedic products, benefits, and treatment plans clearly

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Close sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Maintain customer records and follow-ups

Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Build trust and long-term customer relationships

🧠 Skills & Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in tele sales / call center (preferred)

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Fluency in Hindi (English basic knowledge is a plus)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of Ayurveda/health products is an advantage

🎓 Qualification

Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate)

Graduation preferred but not mandatory
