About Elevone:

Elevone Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing and brand-building agency for D2C brands across India. We specialize in digital marketing, website development, ecommerce growth, social media marketing, and advertising. All leads are inbound through our own marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Talk to hot inbound leads and convert them into paying clients
• Understand client requirements and pitch the right services
• Run discovery calls and follow-up effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding after closing
• Track leads, calls, and deals in CRM
• Hit or exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• 1.5+ years of inside sales or closing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in agency or D2C ecosystem preferred
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Based in Delhi NCR (preferred) but open to remote or hybrid

Compensation:

• Base Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month
• Incentives: 10% on each closed deal
• Total Earning Potential: ₹50,000–₹1,00,000/month
