Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking motivated and professional Inside Sales Executives who can engage effectively with our clients. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our customer journey, providing guidance and assistance to potential clients as they explore our range of PG accommodations in Noida. You’ll leverage your strong communication and customer service skills to ensure clients feel confident and supported throughout the process.

  1. Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:

  • Initiate and manage inbound and outbound calls with potential clients, establishing rapport and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Understand client requirements and provide detailed information about our PG options, amenities, and services.
  • Conduct online virtual tours to showcase properties, explaining the features, benefits, and terms transparently.
  1. Sales Conversion:

  • Qualify leads, identify potential clients, and drive the conversion process by matching customer needs with our offerings.
  • Maintain follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction, encouraging commitment to a PG booking.
  • Handle objections professionally, providing solutions to address concerns.
  1. Client Support:

  • Provide dedicated assistance to clients, working with field experts when required to coordinate visits or online property viewings.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by guiding clients through the booking process, including terms, contract details, and available support services.
  1. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transaction history using CRM software.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, analyzing and documenting key metrics like conversion rates, client inquiries, and feedback.
  1. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with field experts, property managers, and the customer success team to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to provide insights from client feedback, helping to improve our advertising and service quality.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to influence, persuade, and build rapport with clients while managing multiple accounts effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and video conferencing tools.
  • Customer-Centric: Empathetic and focused on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and achieve targets within a structured environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:Experience in real estate or accommodation sales.
  • Additional language skills in regional languages would be a plus.

The company will provide a dedicated camera setup that must remain installed in the agent’s workspace and switched on during working hours. The camera should clearly capture the laptop screen and the side profile of the agent for monitoring and quality assurance purposes. Additionally, Hubstaff will be used to take periodic screenshots of the laptop at frequent intervals to ensure productivity and compliance. Agents will also be required to use Trackwick software to log in and log out daily; this system will track location data and maintain accurate attendance records as part of our operational and performance management process.
