Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product features, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain services features and benefits clearly

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Update customer details in CRM system

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle rejection and objections

Target-oriented mindset

Strong follow-up skills

Any graduate / undergraduate
