Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers while also generating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on engaging with IT Managers, Purchase Managers, and CIOs to understand their requirements and offer tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle Existing Customers: Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
2. New Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our products and services, with the aim of acquiring new business accounts.
3. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify leads for potential sales opportunities.
4. Collaboration with Direct Sales Team: Work closely with the direct sales team to coordinate efforts and support each other in achieving sales targets.
5. Research Work on Accounts: Conduct thorough research on target accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and potential opportunities for our solutions.
6. Good English Communication: Communicate effectively with clients through written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
7.Build Rapport with Customers/OEM: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to facilitate smooth business transactions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals that align with customer requirements and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Follow-up: Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline and address any concerns or objections.
- Timely Response: Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and customer queries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven 2-3 year experience in corporate sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent knowledge of IT Infra solutions, including servers, storage, Backup, Network & Cyber Security.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
