- 🧑💻 Job Role: Instagram & Message Query Handler (1 Position)🔹 Job Responsibilities:Handle Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and other message inquiries
- Chat with customers in a polite and professional manner
- Understand customer travel requirements (destination, dates, budget, etc.)
- Properly note customer requirements and share them with the designated sales/operations team
- Maintain daily chat follow-ups and records
- 🔹 Requirements:Good typing speed and communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Prior experience in handling Instagram/WhatsApp queries preferred
- Strong customer handling skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- 💰 Salary & Benefits:Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives
